Putting together a BoM from several sources.
Starting at http://reprap.org/wiki/Kossel, but double-checking with some
kit sites.
http://www.builda3dprinter.eu/ has a minor mod which builds little guides
that roll with delrin wheels directly on the extrusion, eliminating
the need for expensive linear guides.
I wish to build this simpler, cheaper option.
