winter tech
Dec 5. Sandia Grotto is hosting. Linda checked out Blake's office, and Bio at UNM. Jefferson Middle School could also host. Blakes is well set up for a seminar and has a kitchenette. Car-camping os allowed in Walmart lot across street. 75-80 people in conference room will be tight, but OK. Wyoming and Acadamy. SW of Walmart. Longer but narrower than old conference room. has side rooms for other functions.
Blake will have a problem with the big feed there. Will want us elsewhere to eat. Otherwise we can meet and have eth there. We may try to have him bend rules about food there if we promise to clean well. He wants us to have dinner at elsewhwhere, local restauraunts may be able to host banquet.
UNM Bio will allow meeting. You can rent a hall for liquor at a place on campus. may need to play for an ID chackler.
JMS has rooms, but no kitched access, and no eth on premisis.
Vote was taken. Blake's office was chosen.
