Owe alan some $$ for www site. Linda proposes that we pay back costs. Tenzin will be WWW POC. Try to shift sandiagrotto.org to primarily a front page, and link to other free sites for dynamic content. Perhaps Google for free front page service. link to other sites for content.

blake did prelim budget, and sent to NSS. Got support from Pat Seiser. Need more region support. Lyles will coordinate some trips. Did not yet commit to being the trip coordinater. Rick Bowman will be PoC for central az grotto. Alan Bright will help. others in Las Cruces, Mesilla Valley Grotto will help. Rose and Liz will help.
Campground is nice, but will need porta-potties, showers. They have potable water. 15 acres. Will open fences for fire exits. will need suttles, 1.5 miles to school.

Scott cannot host May 24. Perhaps we can still meet at UNM. We may need a backup if UNM is not available. Sherie may be able to get a classroom, but we'd need to be out by 9. Nate wants to do a potluck, so a house would be beter. Jennifer Boyette can host. 24th. monday. (1 week early). potluck. Nate will coordinate potluck. Tell nate what you want to bring. He will suggest another choice if he already has many of those things. Jennifer has a drum. Sherie and Aaron can bring a grill.
Possibility of a bigger party 22 or 23 was discussed. Decided to stick with mon, 24. Start at 6:PM. Grotto will buy some meat to grill. Bring camp chairs. BYOB.

Should we host spring 2011 BOG meeting? Party after meeting Sat. They need floors to sleep on. Fri dinner can be paid by each person. Need to seat 16 at a u-shaped table. Grubbs suggested we offer to host. Joe G seconds. We could try to work with Pajarito to see if we want to joint host in SF or LA. Airport accessibility makes ABQ a better choice.
cave rescue
NCRC june 19-20. BLM will pay for your gas. Bob Rogers is coordinating. Around $35 fee.
trips
Ft. Stanton starts again this friday. more hauling. will push eggshell passage if smowy river south does not float. left off at 347 with borehole heading towards rioduso, but the borehole is past the 4000' crawl. might try to go to metro saturday. main goal is to hail plastic and steel frames.
memorial day regional at pinon cave. most likely camp at same spot in sacramentos.
Possible vert practice at Boss Canyon, perhaps sun may 9, after Ft. Stanton project. Hosted by NMT. Just 7 mi W of Socorro on 60.
Linda is doing a 50 mi MS challenge walk. Needs sponsors.
