ft stanton
garrett and shannon ran about a lot. conrad's branch had 2' water, and slick mud. HArd to haul through it. wood is thouroughly rotten. at layer 16/22 with the steel replacement. snowy river still flowing. John McClain did resistivity, and found many more anomalies. All concrete was used. More concrete will need to be hauled in october. Snowy river is still borehole going south. Phil from pajarito was camped by the dumpster. The bear came in his tent. He claims to have stabbed it in the nose. Dumpster was moved farther from field house.

WNS in OK. Some research suggesting bat2bat transmission. all caves in region 2 (CO, KS, WY SD...) closed. This wed. is a meeting. Donna Hummel works for BLM in SF. Discussions on coordinateing response to WNS. BLN, NFS, NPS, USF&WS, NMG&F want to talk to cavers before making decisions. They want to invite 1-3 reps of the grotto. Wed in ABQ. Mon in Carlsbad. Tue in ???. Sam has attachments. They are 18pp and 51pp. WNS Management Report, oct 2009, 51pp. F&WS WNS Area 3 respone guide, 18pp. keiffer, kevin, and Pat will go on Wed. Peermans will be in Las Cruses meeting tomorrow. BLM near i-25 and montano.
Looking at closing most roads in Jemez. Closing roads that they did not maintain for 25 years. backpack only.

7 aug. picnic? need a location. Martha offered her house. Kevin offers his house too. Martha also offered to host regional. she is 2.5 miles from frost road. may want to rent porta-poties. $1000 deposit. Ski area wants $200 a night rental. porta potty would be around $200.
Labor day regional, unlikely at ski area. Blake is working on a work plan with forest service.
Aaron proposes that we host regional at Marta's property. Seconded by duke. approved by show of hands.
